Feel Good Yoga offers all-levels, slow-paced Vinyasa Flow yoga.
Classes are designed to release muscle tension, build strength, and improve balance.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath. Poses are linked together in a sequential way that brings focus to proper alignment and movement. Classes are led by music and every class is different.
Class Sequence: short meditation, warm-up, standing series, core workout, balancing postures, cool down, and final resting pose.
A range of poses can be modified for beginners or embellished for seasoned yogis - queued variations and prop usage are instructed for all-levels.
Regardless of your experience level, you must listen to your body and determine what feels good for you. The instructor will guide you through the poses, but only you can decide what your mind, body, and soul need at any given moment.
